Lechen Li is a second-year Ph.D. student studying Higher Education Administration at the University of Florida. Diversity issue on campuses is part of his primary research focus. Beyond the educational realm, Lechen is interested in exploring the ripple effects of educational policies on societal dynamics. He aims to uncover the symbiotic relationship between educational policies and the communities and society through his work.
Lily Peng is a student at Harvard College in the Class of 2028. She is passionate about AAPI advocacy and representation and has been working towards advancing these causes since middle school. Lily has published works in the American School Board Journal and was Intern Team Lead for a research report on AAPI representation in Maryland US history curriculum that was published on Delegate Chao Wu's website. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and debating.
Raymond Chen is a 12th grader in the Law and Public Policy Magnet program at Towson High School. He enjoys playing a variety of sports, including badminton and swimming, and he loves playing chess and reading books. Raymond is the secretary of the Asian Student Union at Towson High School and is passionate about raising awareness for the Asian community. He aims to reach out to Asian communities to ensure their voices are heard.
